Written appeals

Appeals must be made in the Belarusian or Russian language.

A written appeal of citizens must necessarily contain:

· name of the Republican Unitary Enterprise National Exhibition Centre BelExpo of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate or its structural subdivision (organisation) or official to whom the appeal was sent;

· citizen's surname, first name, patronymic or initials;

· residential address (address of stay);

· content of appeal;

· citizen(s) personal signature(s)

A written appeal of a legal entity must necessarily contain:

· full name of the legal entity;

· registered office of the legal entity;

· content of appeal;

· surname, first name, patronymic of the person authorised to sign appeals;

· personal signature of the executive or a person duly authorised to sign appeals, certified by the seal of the legal entity.

Written appeals submitted by applicants' representatives must be accompanied by documents confirming their powers. Appeals must contain information on the results of their previous consideration with the documents (if any) confirming this information attached.

The appeals shall be dismissed if:

· they are made in the language other than Belarusian or Russian.

· they do not contain the citizen's surname, first name, patronymic, residential address (address of stay);

· they do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its registered office, surname, first name, patronymic of the executive or the person duly authorised to sign appeals (for legal entities);

· they contain text that is illegible;

· they contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;

· they are subject to consideration in accordance with the legislation on constitutional proceedings, civil, civil procedural, economic procedural, criminal procedural legislation, legislation defining the procedure of administrative process, legislation on administrative procedures, or a different procedure for submission and consideration of such appeals has been established in accordance with legislative acts;

· they contain matters beyond the competence of the State Institution Main Facilities Administration of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate;

· the deadline for filing a complaint has been missed without a valid reason;

· a second appeal has been submitted, if it has already been considered on the merits and does not contain new circumstances relevant for consideration of the appeal on the merits;

· correspondence with the applicant has been terminated.
